Friday, 02.19.10: CrossFit Games Affiliate Cup Team

I have signed up CrossFit Newps for the Affiliate Cup Team to try and Qualify to go to the games.  So far i have the following people on the team: Mike Softa, Naomi Brown, Corey Katouli, Melissa M, and depending on how Robin, Zach and Nick do at the Sectionals they might join the team but hopefully they make it at the Sectionals.   If you want to sign up for the team please let me know.  I will have a workout for you to qualify.  If you are on the team, we will be going March 7th to CrossFit Marina for an affiliate challenge and then also we will be hooking up with some other affiliates to workout with.
