CrossFit Newport Beach offers Olympic Weightlifting classes, Endurance classes and personal training. The weightlifting classes are offered on Tuesday and Thursday night at 5:30pm and Saturday morning at 10:00am. This program will focus on teaching beginners Olympic Weightlifting technique and developing competitive weightlifters and CrossFitters. Olympic Weightlifting is the best way to add power and strength to any sport.
Endurance workouts are offered Monday-Friday and coincide with our CrossFit classes. They are programmed for people looking to improve their sport-specific endurance goals and guidance on training prior to competition. If you are a sport-specific endurance athlete, cyclist, runner, triathlete or a beginning CrossFit athlete, endurance class would be a great addition to your current program.
