Free Intro Class

Every first and third Saturday we open our doors to anyone and everyone who want to give CrossFit a try. These classes are absolutely FREE with no strings attached.

In this one-hour class we will give you a brief introduction to the CrossFit methodology, show you around our gym, run you through a dynamic warm-up, and then give you a taste of an actual CrossFit workout. Afterwards, the trainer will tell you about our Foundations classes and membership options.

This class is for all skill levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes and young to old - everyone is invited! CrossFit is infinitely scalable and the trainer will supply modifications to movements to meet your current physical level. Come prepared in athletic clothes with a water bottle.
