Come join the very first CrossFit Gym to open in the Newport Beach/Costa Mesa/Irvine area established in 2006. We have been around a long time and know what we are doing when it comes to CrossFit and of course endurance, our niche. We offer an unlimited monthly Crossfit membership in which you can attend as many group workouts as you like including Olympic Lifting. We also offer Personal Training and Endurance Sport Specific training packages.
We make getting started simple, fun, and non-intimidating. It doesn’t matter what your current fitness level is – CrossFit exercises are scalable for everyone.
Not sure if CrossFit is for you? Come in and give it a try! In this free introductory session, you’ll meet with one of our coaches and learn about our gym, the CrossFit method of training and see how a WOD (Workout of the Day) is structured. Then, you’ll get to do a workout and learn about the Intro/Technique program and membership. This Class is every other Saturday at 10am and free to the public. No need to register for this class but please check our schedule page for the dates. Bring water and be ready to work out.
We require you to go through a 3-day introduction technique process to learn the 9 foundational movements and also the Olympic lifting movements before you can begin the group workouts.
The Foundations classes will start on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday through Thursday at 7:30pm of every month so please schedule to reserve a spot with email@example.com. We limit these classes to only 5 people. Technique is very important to us at CFNB and it should be to you too.
The foundations sessions are included in your first month of membership. You will need to sign up and pay in advance to reserve your spot in this class, we limit them to 5-6 people only.
This technique class is your gateway into the community at CrossFit Newport Beach. Each program is small to give you personal attention and to build your knowledge and skills so that your first few weeks at CFNB are successful.
Each class is led by a CrossFit certified trainer who will cover the CrossFit basic 9 movements and other movements we use often in CrossFit workouts! At the end of the technique classes you’ll know how to scale exercises to your level of fitness and will know how to perform every workout that comes up. Please make sure you register for these classes as we like to keep them small.
