Come train with one of our qualified trainers in the Newport/Mesa area.  We have been here a long time and were the first Crossfit gym to service this area.  We are all well seasoned professionals.  We train "Soccer Moms", Pro Volleyball players, Pro Football Players, High School Athletes to Endurance Athletes!

6am, 9am, 10am (ladies class)

This Sunday will be the last beach workout of the summer so join us at 10am, 52nd street in newport.

Monday's holiday schedule will be a 10am class only.

Monday, 08.30.10: Fundraiser Fun Run!

Thanks to everyone that came out and supported our Fundraiser Fun Run.  We raised $1,000.  This money will be going directly to Syn in Harlem to purchase equipment for the kids at a non-profit in Harlem that he teaches Crossfit to.  He is a great person and a father figure to alot of kids who need him and crossfit to help change there lifestyle!   He said he will send us photos of the kids using the equipment they will be getting with the money we raised. So i will keep you updated.

200m run

10 push press 135/85 ( from the ground so try not to dump it)

7 ring dips

5 high box jumps

rest 2 minutes and repeat 1 more time through.
